YOO Youngjoong is a partner in Bain & Company’s Seoul Office.

He Joined Bain as an associate partner in 2016. Youngjoong has partnered with clients across a wide range of industry topics, including display, consumer electronics, aerospace & defense, automotive and renewable energy.

His core capabilities include synergy assessment and target-setting, blueprint and value creation planning, commercial due diligence and equity story, as well as business unit, corporate and M&A strategy.

He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and bachelor’s degree from Seoul National University.
